Der Himmel ünder...*
... sinto frio cá dentro. E dói.
Dói-me a incerteza do porvir e a vontade de ficar.

When the child was a child
there was the time for questions like-
Why am I me
and why not you?
Why am I here
and why not there?
When did time begin
and when did space end?
Isn't life under the sun just a dream?
Isn't what I see, hear and smell
just a vision of a world before the world?
Does evil really exist?
Are there people who are really evil?
How can it be that I who is me wasn't there
before I was
and that one day I who is me
shall no longer be what I am now?
When the child was a child
he choked on spinach, rice pudding,
peas and boiled cauliflower,
an now he eats it all
and not just because he must.
When the child was a child
he once woke up in a strange bed;
now this happens again and again.
Many people seemed beautiful then,
now very few do at all.
He had a precise picture of paradise
and now he can only make a guess.
He couldn't imagine nothingness;
today he trembles at the idea.
When the child was a child
he lived on apples and bread,
it was enough then and still is.
When the child was a child
berries fell into his hands and they still do.
He felt shy in front of strangers
and still feels the same.
He waits for the first snow
and is still waiting.
When the child was a child
he threw himself with spirit into his games,
and now he masters such involvement only
where work is concerned.

Encontrei a outra canção
Aquelas duas pessoas eram felizes naquele momento.
Eu tinha 18 anos.
Lembro-me deles e da música.

SHOCK OF DAYLIGHT & HEADS AND HEARTS
Lembrava-me daquela música. Pensava que a tinha perdido. Encontrei-a aqui.

Aquela música fazia-me feliz. Enchia-me cá dentro. Eu fechava os olhos e deixava-me ficar.
Ontém a Francisa disse-me que tinha tudo dos The Sound.
Encontrei-a de novo : The Longest Days (SHOCK OF DAYLIGHT & HEADS AND HEARTS, 1996).
Os The Sound.

Obrigada me fazeres acordar a sorrir!
No more long days. I took those days away so bring me the shortest ones!

Touch my hand
It’s only me, listen
I’m here.
Come to stand
In sultry fields
With you.
And now
Old dummy day
I know
Is over this way.
I’m laughing
Saw you gonna kiss me
You see
Yeah as I said.
One day she won’t
A lonely bird
Alone.
Judgement day
Saw the world it’s gone
Unheard.
Sold the sea
A lot how it feels to me.
I hate the word it’s sad to see
I take your weight
And your heart fades away
Today a renegade
To lay in woods
By the pheasants.
I mean it
You don’t
Force on my head
Kill our nightmare.
A lonely bird, a lonely bird
A lonely bird, a lonely bird
A lonely bird, alone.
Colour me
Cover me in the colour that reminds you
Solemnly.
Could make the same mistake
And you would never know
That I am, that I am
Alone, now.
Something, something
Tells me that you
Have something
On, all of us now
You’re heaven
Taking over me now
Colour me hate
Raw little nerve
Colour me and pull us
Only home
Me home.
Hold the sun down
Hold the sun down
Hold the moon down
Leave me to rest
Want the world man
Too the words out
Only relief is
To slip through the nets
Hold a minute
And stop a minute
And go, oh oh
Hold a minute
You said to me
Said to me and
Breath, breath, breath, breath, breath ...
You said it to me
Sometime later.
It’s only me, listen
I’m here.
Come to stand
In sultry fields

Afinal?

You Are... Ride.
You are young at heart and full of energy. You are
talented but very modest. You are happy go
lucky and care free. You have learned to take
the good with the bad and you just accept life
for being what it is. People tend to be envious
of you, That's only because they don't
understand you and they just want some of what
you have. There's no task too hard for you and
you excel at pretty much everything you try to
do. You have a playful personallity and a
beautiful inner soul.
what Creation Records band are you? (complete with text and images)
brought to you by Quizilla
Your Inner Child Is Sad |
![]() You're a very sensitive soul. You haven't grown that thick skin that most adults have. Easily hurt, you tend to retreat to your comfort zone. You don't let many people in - unless you've trusted them for a long time. |
